SENSOR & CONTROL SYSTEM OFFERS:

                DATA LOGGING SYSTEM for eight or more machines or stations. This system is basically a management tool as all the production data  is collected in your computer and the same data can be used for statistical analysis as per requirements. Here the system automatically senses a product being manufacture,  counts the production and sends the data to Computer for records and required reports.

•          Following parameters could be sensed and recorded in Computer :

•          Input in form of Pulses, Contacts, Logic Levels, RS232/RS 485, O/P Transistors etc;

•          Input in form of 4-20 mA Current

•          Input in form of 0-10 Volts DC

•          Counts Production, measures Voltage, Current RPM, Temp, Pressure, pH, and all types of physical parameters.

Measures Time and Time related functions

•          ProdAutomatically records production data from 8 or more machines

•          Recorded data is directly made available on the computer for further analysis

•          Variables recorded are-operator, product, process, shift, produced quantity

•           Determines the overall equipment efficiency which helps in making crucial managerial decisions

Technical Details

•          All the Counters are connected in parallel to controller interface by single two core cable

•          Appropriate sensors are connected to each counter

•          At regular intervals, production data, idle time and other details are transmitted available on the computer for processing
